Incorrect Size Selection by Customer

• Size charts with detailed measurements are provided for each age group for reference on every product page.
• Customers are advised to carefully check the size chart and measurements before placing an order.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection by the customer.

Manufacturing Defects / Errors from Our Side

Replacement will be provided for manufacturing defects or errors caused by us, such as sending the wrong size, design, or product compared with the order placed.

1. Report Timeline: Customers must report the issue to the contact number mentioned on the bill within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Proof Required: The customer must provide clear photographs of the product, size label, and packaging.
3. Tape Measure Proof: For measurement-related issues, a photograph showing the measurement with a measuring tape must also be provided.
4. Courier Dispatch: After verification and approval of the claim, the customer will be advised to return the product to the address provided by us through a courier service.
5. Receipt Sharing: The customer must share the courier tracking receipt/photo after dispatching the product.
6. Quality Check: The returned product will undergo a quality check before the replacement or refund is processed.
